Students are more than grades and deadlines. We take time to hear what they want, give families space to raise the difficult questions and help make sense of changes as they come.

During your agreed programme, you will know who is advising you, when we meet and how to bring questions to us. We follow the work through with clear written next steps, while the student remains at the centre of every decision.

The practical details

Clear boundaries make support more useful.

If your plans change

The €95 consultation counts towards a programme booked within 30 days. If the same student moves from a Roadmap to a Complete Journey for the same entry cycle, the €395 already paid counts towards that journey. We agree any extra work and fee in writing first.

What is separate

University charges, tuition, tests, translations, travel, accommodation and C2 English lessons are separate. We can help research housing; we do not reserve it or sign a tenancy. The student writes and submits their own applications.

Routes that need a proposal

US applications, highly selective programmes and extensive essay work may need a separate fixed proposal once we understand the workload. The Roadmap remains available at its published price. No service can guarantee admission or funding.

We can speak with your family in English, Spanish or Italian. We confirm the adviser, support period and payment schedule before work begins.
