Who is this guidance for?
Students and families considering university outside their home country, including routes across Europe and the United States.
When should we begin?
The earlier the better if you want time to explore courses and prepare language or academic requirements. We can also help families who are already close to an application stage.
Which language can we use?
Our staff can speak with families in English, Spanish and Italian. Tell us your preference when you get in touch.
Do you only recommend partner universities?
No. The student’s fit and the family’s priorities come first. We do not present a university partnership unless one exists and has been clearly disclosed.
Can you guarantee a place?
No. The university decides on admission. We help you understand requirements and organise a thoughtful, timely application.
What about visa or legal advice?
We can point you to official information and questions to ask. Where regulated immigration or legal advice is needed, you should use an appropriately qualified professional.
Do you offer English lessons?
Where helpful, English preparation can be discussed through C2 English School’s teaching team. It would be proposed separately with its own scope and fee.
How much does guidance cost?
A family consultation is €95, the University Roadmap €395, and Application Guidance €895. The Complete Family Journey is €1,590 for one country or €2,190 for two. See Programmes for what each includes. Third-party costs are separate.
Can parents attend meetings?
Yes. The student should remain at the centre of the process, and parents are welcome to take part in the decisions and practical planning.
Is there someone in the destination country?
Our network includes people living in Ireland, the UK and the Netherlands. We confirm the specific local involvement available for each family; this is not a promise of an office or in-person service in every location.
